Enlarged iPad Pro won’t fit Smart Keyboard

The Smart Keyboard for my iPad Pro A1781 12.9” 256 G memory does not ‘fit’ the device. The folding template shown on your website fails, because the lengths of the non-typing portions are undersized. I find the following product number on the felt cover of the Smart Keyboard either A1636 or A3636 my most powerful magnifying glass under my best light cannot resolve the first numeric of the model. The Smart Keyboard has the following connected components (all are 12” wide) Keyboard five and one hal inches, felt panel two and one half inches, three and one quarter inches, felt panel three inches, plastic and metal magnetic assembly one half inch.
