I want to get Apple Music with the family thing but will i need to have one Apple ID and everyone else has the same one or can we all have separate Apple ID

There is absolutely no reason to, and Apple highly discourages sharing Apple IDs.

The Apple Music Family membership specifically works with different Apple IDs, for different people through Family Sharing.

To use Apple Music Family Membership, one person creates a Family Group and pays for the Apple Music Family Membership and shares it by inviting others to join the family group. Note that the family organizer will pay for any and all purchases made by family members unless the members have enough iTunes credit to cover it.  When in a family group, members cannot use their credit card to debit card to pay for purchases.
