mac boots to blue screen

how do i boot properly

Your issue has nothing to do with your Apple ID. I will ask the ASC Host to relocate this post to the Mac mini area of the ASC.

In the mean time, booting to a blue screen can mean a number of things, including:

  1. Hardware failure
  2. Startup drive is not recognized as valid and bootable.
  3. Essential macOS software is missing, incorrectly moved or renamed, or corrupt.
  4. A firmware update is required.

Wild guess at you MacOS version (I don't think it matters in this case though)
