My contacts are not getting backed up in iCloud...

My contact is not getting backed up in the iCloud even after trying all methods

If you mean that you are doing an iCloud backup and then you log in to www.icloud.com and don't see the contacts in the Contacts app there, that is because the www.icloud.com does not display the contents of backups. However it does show synced contacts. Contacts are synced by turning on (on your iOS device) Settings > [username] > iCloud > Contacts. With that setting on, they should sync automatically any time you make any change to the contacts on your iOS device.
