Stranger things

Hi!

Well, here it goes. I not only cannot download one particular purchased music album, but also this album looks like it were nonexistent anywhere in the cloud, in any app/system (yes, I know how to unhide hidden purchases, but it’s not the case here) but at the same time iTunes Store on all my devices (including Mac) recognizes it as purchased. (So I can’t purchase it again out of desperation for the issue to disappear).

To be perfectly clear: I can’t unhide it, because somehow there is nothing to unhide. Reinstalling macOS hasn’t work either. And I can’t download it even on my fresh new iPad.

Nothing you would normally advise works (eg. log out, log in from the stores, from the cloud). Yes, I have the newest macOS, iOS, all latest updates.

What am I missing?

I have just solved my mystery case. Writing it I was convinced I have already checked hidden purchases after reinstalling macOS. But to be sure I've just checked it again and... there it was.

So, seems like reinstalling macOS had helped. My mistake.

If the content owner took it off, you will not going to see or able to download again.

It's important you have a local copy for safe keeping.
