removed original icloud account but...
I recently removed a icloud account from my iphone 4 and signed in with my own so my question is, is it safe to wipe the iphone without worry of the original icloud owners account locking me out even though i removed it?
If you used the previous owner's password to unlock the device or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone, then you should be fine.
