VERIFYING EVERY FILE

I have tried uninstalling, I aha tried logging In as a guest, I have tried the command R first aid ! I can wipe and start again at the moment as I don't have my hard drive handy BUT IS THERE SOME OTHER WAY TO FIX THIS

EVERYTIME I TRY TO OPEN A ZIP, A PHOTO OR ANY FILE THATS NOT A FOLDER IT VERIFYS IT AND DOSENT STOP!!!

HELP ME PLEASE IM AT WITS END
