Lost Recovery Key and Password

So, I lost my recovery key and password. I did as suggested, and created a new apple ID. However, now I have another problem on my iPhone and MacBook Pro. When I try and sign out of the old apple ID, it requests my password in order to sign out. BUT I can't do that because i don't remember my password which is the only reason why I created  a new Apple ID. HELP!!!!!

Have you tried resetting your password at https://iforgot.apple.com ? A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work (for example because it's being sent to the account you can't get into) you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'See all products and services', then 'More', then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. They will need to be able to identify you, obviously, but there's a good chance that they can give you a new password, which would then enable you to get into the account (since you apparently have your trusted device).

If you are able to get into the account, create a new Recovery Key and make sure not to lose it. If you lose both it and the trusted device Apple will not be able to help you.
