Returned to the "out of the box" settings proce...

Hello everyone,

I just logged on a user account on my Mac and was presented with the grey initial screens of the procedure when you turn on the Mac for the first time and you have to sign in to iCloud.

It only asked me that, I said I wanted to skip and then I could get to the desktop etc. But I'm surprised that I was asked this again. Is it just a security feature ?
