Can’t activate imessage and facetime

Hello I have a problem, I can’t activate iMessage and facetime on my ipad mini 4, I was using ios 11 beta and now after official release I deleted beta profile. I was all the tome signwd into my icloud account but to beta tests I didn’t log into imessage or facetime and today I tried but I got error that I can’t login and should try again. I tried to clean install ios 11 from ipsw but there is more fun because after clean install of ios 11 I can’t activate my ipad it says that server is not available and activation fails. I decided to get back to ios 10.3.3 and installed it from ipsw, I was able to activate my iPad and log into my icloud but I still can’t use my facetime and imessage because I got loggon error.

Have you got any ideas what is going on or how can I solve this problem ?
