Software instrument track issue

2 x software instrument (internal) tracks have lost all sound, but only when the channel eq (audio effect slot) is turned on..

Both tracks were working fine moments before the issue came up - Channel eq settings (e.g. dB Gain), are the same, so I don't understand why the Channel eq is causing this.
