OWC Thunderbolt 2 hub

Hello all:

 

My OWC Thunderbolt 2 hub started being very random after the last update to Sierra (up to 10.12.6), it works for a tiny bit if I power cycle it, but then loses all connection.  OWC looked at it and said it was perfect, I used it all day yesterday and it was fine, and today it's not seeing data again.

 

I've tried 2 different (including a brand new) Thunderbolt cables and still having the same issues.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?  I'm starting to think this is a software/driver side thing.
