I don't know where to find on my wife's iPad how to share our music.

What kind of music are we sharing? Also you can read/review What types of content can I share with Family Sharing? - Apple Support and Share purchased content with Family Sharing - Apple Support.

Cause if this is Apple Music you have to share the song or album link they have to download it as offline content. If this is actually bought songs then it be 'iTunes Store: On your iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Purchased. On your iPad, tap Purchased' and you look for 'Family Purchases' which should be a list of all members with purchase content.
