How do I move from iPad Retina to iPad Pro 10.5?

I have an iPad Retina running IOS 10.3.3 (cannot update to IOS 11.0) and have ordered an iPad Pro 10.5.  If I do a backup of the iPad Retina to the iCloud and then do a restore from the iCloud to the iPad Pro when I get it, will it move all of my apps and content to it?
