346 iPhone_iPad_Mac_apple

I get error 3503 when restoring ios 11

When i try to restore my ipad Air i get error 3503...

I have read many of the error articles here to find a fix but it does not fix it.

ive done the following:

-Updated Itunes.

-Updated PC.

-Checked the host file.

-Disabled security software.

-Plugged cables directly to the pc.

-Restarted pc.

-Re-tryed many times no luck.

Does anyone know what is going on?
