Touch bar bookmark icon question

So, on the touch bar of my new MacBook, some bookmarks show up as just icons, and others show the icon and the name of the website. How do I change the settings so all I see are the icons?

I tried deleting the bookmark name, but it won't allow me to leave it blank. I also tried deleting the name and replacing it with just a hit from the space bar, but that also did not work.
