Print presets not showing accurately

Hi all, I have a question regarding the print preview.

 

This is what I see in my preview...

...when this is what I clearly set:

Furthermore, I'm unable to change the scale to fit say 120% of current word document size. This isn't an issue if I'm printing from safari, only an issue when I'm trying to print from word.

Ideally, I'll want this setting when I choose to print:

for my word documents. Anyone has any suggestions how to do it? Thank you.
