Apple laptops are not waking up Brother printer...

I have tried 3 apple MacBooks. The tried 2 separate brother printers (MFC-J4620DW and MFC-J985DW). To get the Brother printers to print wirelessly from the MacBooks, I have to to physically walk to the Brother printers, shut them down, restart them, then resend the print job. This has been going on for years. I realized that that there is an issue with the Apple computers talking to the Brother printers when I recently purchased a Dell laptop which wakes that printers up for print jobs without any issues.

I had also purchased a HP Photosmart Printer (5520 series).

The Apple Computers That I have demonstrated no problems waking up the HP printer for print jobs, but I have to shut down the Brother Printers, restart them, and resubmit the print jobs in order for the brother printer to print the jobs prior to returning to sleep mode.

The Brother are highly desired printers due to their ability to self-adjust its baud rate for compatibility with VoIP lines for faxing compatibility, but it does not allow a non-sleep mode. With the Brother Printers, you only have the choice of sleep latency from 5 minutes to 60 minutes.

How can Apple computers wake up HP printers, but not the Brother?
