Billing Payment Issue

I've try to pay the previous billing purchased.I already key in the billing info.I repeat the step more than one time(with different VISA and Master Card) and the pop up show it was rejected(my payment method cannot process). This issue I faced since I bought the plotagraph application. How can I settle this problem?
