Cannot access iTune Store since the 12.7 update

Since the 12.7 update I have downloaded podcast updates. However yesterday I wanted to add a new podcast and found out that I could not access the iTunes Store. Pressing Store in the header brings up a plain white blank window that will not populate store content. Curious now I found the same problem in Music, Movies, TV Shows, and Audiobooks. No Store. I know the Store was eliminated for Apps, but I think Apple overreached in the update.

I did uninstall and the reinstalled iTunes to no avail.
