no hardware installed after spilling water

So I spilled a lot of water by accident.. and i quickly dried it off, i put it on like a towel for it to dry off and later i tried restarting my laptop like a lot of times and it still says No Hardware Installed.

How much later? If it's less than a couple of days, you may have made it worse. Water and electronics just don't mix.

It happened like at 12pm (im living in korea right now) i dried it off for like the whole day and tried to clean it off as fast as possible. When i was cleaning it i noticed that my wifi was off so i tried restarting and thats when the No Hardware Installed happened

Drying computer is a bad idea: battery is still attached and water inside your machine undergoes electrolysis. Computer has to be handed in to an AASP that will open it and uninstall the battery. Even if your dried your computer in 10 minutes, still water contains minerals that can cause short circuits on your board.

 

What do you mean by "tried to clean it"? Do you mean using isopropanol alcohol?

Did you bring it to the Apple Store?

Maybe they have a solution.

But if you spilled a lot of water. I don't think the computer is still alive...
