Cancelled order, payment with gift card not ref...

I recently placed an order for the Series 3 Watch on the Apple Online Store, and part of the order was paid using gift cards. I have cancelled this order before any money was taken from my payment card, but the gift cards are both empty, and the money has not been returned to my gift cards. How do I get my money back?
