Is there a way to completely delete an app from...

I am relatively new to iPhones and iCloud's. I have an iPhone 7. I've beaten everything in a game I like and I want to completely restart it with no saved information, as if I've never downloaded the app before. Is there a way to do that with an iPhone 7?
