New countries for Paypal

Does anyone know if Apple would add Paypal method of payment in more countries? Because at this moment there are not so many and my country isn't one of them (I'm from Romania). I want to buy iTunes subcription and expand my iCloud storage, but I can't do it because I have a Maestro debit card that is not accepted as a payment method. Only Visa or Mastercard is accepted, sadly...

(PayPal is only available in Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.)

We don’t know anything other than what Apple announces publically and are not allowed to speculate here.
