Autofill not working with IOS 11

Since upgrading to IOS 11 yesterday, Autofill in Safari on my iPad Air 2 is not working properly.  It either doesn’t work at all or it puts the info in the wrong place (like putting phone numbers in date boxes at donotcall.gov website, or not giving any prompts for other boxes).  Worked fine before, but it has not worked properly on any website since upgrading to IOS 11. I’ve gone into Settings/Safari/Autofill and made sure everything is turned on and that my information is there.  Anyone else experiencing this or have an idea as to how to fix it?

After upgrading to IOS 11.0.1 I am still seeing problems with autofill.  Some data populates okay, while others don’t.  One example is when reporting telemarketer calls at donotcall.gov.  My own phone number and my city won’t autofill in the new IOS whereas they populated just fine before IOS 11.  And, it is not just the donotcall.gov website.  I have experienced this on several other websites since upgrading.
