Supper Bummed about apple today

My son's Macbook Air wouldn't boot up at all today I had to wait in line because everyone wants the new products to talk to a genus, he was really great and swamped.  Then I wanted to ask a couple of Questions about the new Series 3 watch and they were all be brushed off as I wasn't signed up for that assistance.  So I went to best buy where the apple rep was helpful and wearing his new series 3.  I purchased the watch without LTE.  I have a work phone and cannot add the $10 a month to a plan as I do not control the plan.  The rep at Best Buy began to help me set it up when I found that because I don't have the latest update I can't pair the watch.  I can't get the latest update because my IT department won't let us because of the Office exchange issues.  I had to return the watch before I even left the store.

Apple you are better than this.  If products are not ready for release push back the release date.  I didn't care about streaming music on the watch but it seams that you are turning into the next Microsoft where you release stuff before its done and use the public as beta testers.
