Apple Watch Scroll Not Responding

HI

My apple watch digital crown doesn't seem to be responding to any scrolling. It turns perfectly and is not stuck in any way. I have tried the steps apple suggests (holding button under water etc...) but it didn't seem to work.

I have reset the watch and restored from backup but nothing changed.

Any ideas?

If the digital crown does not work even after you reset the device, then it’s a hardware issue, and you should contact Apple support.
