Storage getting lower and lower no input

on my iPad 4th generation with iOS 10.3.3 and I to had 800mb and in less than a day it reached zero KB and I also have another problem where when I try redownload an app it takes forever to even start

There is something wrong with the ipad. Each time I check my storage it keeps getting lower.

there was 800mb of free space.But within less than a hour the total free space was totally gone. It keeps happening every time. I didnt take any photos or download any content. Not even sync with the PC. The space is getting filled with unknown files and the storage of other apps remains the same. why is this happening.

800MB is only 5% of your iPad’s total space.

You must keep an absolute minimum of 10% (1.6GB) of your iPad’s space free at all times.

Otherwise, as you have observed, unpredictable things may occur.
