GarageBand Instruments and Apple Loops 1.0 Upda...

Hi,

I'm having trouble with an update in App Store on my MacBook Pro Retina (Early 2013).  I'm running macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6.

App Store is showing that I have GarageBand Instruments and Apple Loops 1.0 ready to install. When I click 'Update All' I get the attached warning message.  When I click 'Update' nothing really happens.  GarageBand Instruments and Apple Loops 1.0 appears a number of times under the 'Updates Installed in the Last 30 Days' heading.  It would seem I have installed this but App Store is not removing it from the list.

I'd really appreciate any thoughts and help.  I know it doesn't really matter but I'd like to get it cleared.
