High Sierra Photos App Problems

Hi can anyone help.

When trying to view an image I keep getting a white boarder line across the top of my images in full view and can't get rid of it.

And also Photos App keep jamming. I cannot click the back arrow at the top. I keep having to shut it down and restart it.
