action menu automator disappeared

In Automator if I click on the Actions menu, nothing comes out of me, everything has disappeared. Help me. Thank you.

It looks like the pane that should appear below "Azioni" and above the description is collapsed.

Try slowly moving the cursor over the line below "Azioni" and see if it changes shape, then drag to extend.

If that doesn't work, try deleting Automator preferences:

-quit Automator

-in the Finder, press command-shift-G and enter the following exactly, then press enter:

        ~/Library/Preferences

Drag com.apple.Automator.plist out of the folder (if you have trouble finding it, press command-2 for list view, then press the date modified column to order by most recent; this should make appear near the top).

Start Automator again. Hopefully all should be well.
