I had a group of two contacts in imessage, I deleted the two now I can send imessage to one of the contacts not the other one.  I have chatted with Apple all the way up to Senior Advisers with no results.  Have even went to the Apple Repair Shop which they assured me nothing was wrong with my Ipad and it was set up correctly.  Have talked by phone to the other contact and they assured me that I had not been blocked.   When I put that contact phone number in the past it would turn blue, sent her several imessages she received none of them but the blue line went across the top of the message sent, did not get any message back that wasn't delivered.  Then I tried to put her phone number in again and the name came up Black not Blue.

It don't make sense that I could contact her for over a year with just her number then I add another contact to her then I decide I just needed to imessage he along, now  cannot get her phone number or her e-mail address to take in imessage   Hope the above make sense. If there is anyone in the community that can solved the problem I would sure appriecate it.

I asked the Senior Adviser why was it that I could imessage for such a long time when I was imessaging her along but when I deleted the group of two can't contact her at all.   My e-mail is w_patte1932@bellsouth.net
