Outlook email disappeared from Mac Pro after I shut it down then restarted it. I am not savvy but have typed this info into every opening I can find......

Everyone there is a Mac user AND an Office user, something you can't say about Apple's forums. You will get the fastest help there and I think you will find the contributors more than helpful.

Microsoft did a format change in 2016 that made their forums harder to use by hiding sub-forums including the one for Mac users. Once you get to the Outlook section from the main page, there are filters on the left edge of the web page that will limit the responses to those relevant to Office:Mac.
