Guided access not working properly in 10.3.3

Hallo, I am getting in panic. I rarely update my devices for problems like this.

I use my ipad pro to put long videos to mentally handicapped people, thanks to guided access blocking screen touch, they can hold the ipad however they want and touch the screen, without stoping the video. Then I can focus my attention in other tasks and they can enjoy the videos.

But since I updated to 10.3.3, it doesn't work properly!! In a very randomly way, the screen will react to the fingers... it can take a couple of minutes or ten minutes. It can happen with a little touch or when you have many fingers over the screen... but it happens!!

Please, please... fix this problem and release an update before I have to trow my ipad thru the window.
