Resetting/Recovering Time Capsule and/or Time M...

Hello Community.  I have a Mac Book Pro and am switching over to a Mac Book Air.  I have time machine on auto back up on my Pro.  I also have a Time Capsule back up that is not on auto back up.  I tried switching over to my ne Air but when I tried to access both the Time Machine and Time Capsule they asked for my password.   It is encrypted but i have forgotten the passwords.  I did not have them saved in Keychain.  I don't know how to reset them.
