1 hour time difference between calendars

I use the iCloud calendar on my PC to enter appointments and events for use on my iPad and iPhone. I have just noticed that while the appoint time is shown correctly on my PC the events time displayed on my iPad & iPhone are a hour ahead even though the time on both devices is correct. First image is from my PC, the second from my iPad. As you can see the Hive turn off time is 8:00am which is correct but on the iPad is shown as 9:00am?  I have checked the settings on all.
