GPU caused the kernel panic. You did not include all of the panic's information such as the full make and model of your computer. If you have a 2010 MBP 15" then the discrete GPU chip is bad:

The problem is likely due to the discrete GPU failing. Download gfxCardStatus 2.3 and use it to disable the discrete GPU. This is a temporary workaround until you get your motherboard or the computer replaced. I would suggest the latter.
