Apple id disabled for security reasons.

Hi

 

My apple id ********* is disabled for security reasons.

I cannot open it because i forget the answers of security questions and it sends the recovery mail on ********** itself. So please suggest me how to enable this id.

If possible then sends the recovery mail to ************
