you have to restore your device but if you don't have any backup you'll lose all your data

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Just be aware that without either an iTunes or iCloud backup of your iPhone, the only methods to attempt to access it will require that it gets erased.
