Ipad mailboxes

On my Telstra mail I have created mail boxes that show on webmail, my Mac, my iPhone but not on my two iPads. Any mail put into these mailboxes then cannot be seen on the iPads which is very annoying to say the least. I have looked at all angles but can't figure out. please help.
