iPad keychain password with microsoftonline.com

my wife and I both have account each on one device with one financial site which uses Microsoftonline for signin. Initially we set up seperate passwords saved in the keychain. However when one of us signs in then out, when the other one signs in the password is incorrect as the keychain has changed that password to the last used so both keychain passwords end up the same. The only way around that I can see is to have the same password for both accounts which is not ideal.

Is there a way to do what I think should happen or this a keychain bug?
