HOW? iOS stop app store notification for update...
I have an older iPad 3rd Gen (MD328LL/A) - running 9.3.5
Background:
I've started getting notifications about updates within the iOS App Store for apps that can't be updated.
These updates for these apps are incompatible with 9.3.5 - therefore can't be updated.
I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling, I get offered a compatible version. All good.
But again receive a notification to an update, which is incompatible.
So the notifications and red counter can't be cleared.
Question:
Is there a way for iOS to recognise that the iPad is running the latest compatible version for that device and therefore no longer give notifications for that app?
Where is the setting?
