Latest iTunes crashes in Win8

So I recently upgraded to 12.7.0.166 and now everytime I open iTunes it crashes within a few seconds. I get a message about a minidump file being created but that's about it. For some reason, it doesn't crash when I'm offline. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
