2015 MBP Need larger Storage

My daughter has a 2015 MBP i7, 16 GB and only a 128 SSD (it is still under Apple care warranty) - it is going into service for hardware issues (screen goes black occasionaly and Icons sometimes disappear).  The online advisor told me to ask when I drop it off if they will add a larger SSD when they have it open.  Does anyone know if Apple actually does this?

You can ask but I don't think they do.

Will do - as I told my friends when I asked my wife to marry me (25 years ago) - the worst that can happen is I get a "no".

Just got home - they will NOT add space.  Good news - My daughter's laptop is fixed .  She uses a Tardisk and it actually works very well (since Christmas) - so I guess we will stick with this laptop for now.   She doesn't like the new touch bar models (bought 2 of those this past Christmas for my younger kids).  Thanks for responses.
