need help with netflix subscription

My bill was due today, but there wasn't money on my card, so it did t get paid via iTunes auto-pay like usual, well I just got money on my card later in the day and now my iTunes/apple account is saying I don't have a Netflix subscription, I called Netflix and they said since it's through itunes it's an apple issue..... how do I get Netflix paid & back into my subscriptions?
