Why have the price of Ipad Pros Increased?

I have been unable to get into a store to purchase on IPad Pro over the last few days because of Hurricane Irma; however to my surprise the price of the devices have been increased by $50.00 which no apparent explanation.  Could someone from Apple please explain this jump in the price.  Nothing is different about the devices from what I can see but now they are all $50.00 more.  Please can we as the loving Apple community have an explanation?
