Issue with Apple ID and Password

Product Name : Apple I-Pad Mini With Wifi 16GB, iOS 8.

 

Purchase Location and Year : Snapdeal (Online Store in India), August 2013.


Problem : I forgot the apple ID and password attached to the Ipad mini. In order to unlock the Ipad from the apple ID or continue using the same ID, the customer support needs either

1) The original invoice of the purchase, or

2) Answer to the security questions to reset the password.

 

I am not able to recall the answers to the security questions so the option 2 does not hold for me. For the option 1, I shared the invoice with the Apple Support Team. As per one of their email, they require the following information to be present on the invoice so that they can unlock the Ipad

 

- Reseller's name, address, and phone number or website URL.

- Date of purchase when the product was originally sold.

- Itemized product information, including price and product serial number.

- Total price paid.

If the reseller didn't provide the serial number on the receipt, you can write the number on the receipt before you send it.

 

Except the serial number, all the information is printed on the invoice. I typed the serial number separately on the invoice. The Support Team got back to me saying that the information is either not complete or does not match their database and they will not be able to unlock the device. They will however not be able to give the  I am not sure how to go further with this issue. As I don't know what information on the invoice is incorrect or missing I am not sure how will the online store Snapdeal be able to help me out.

 

As of now I am not even able to use my Ipad as apple has locked the device due to repeated incorrect password entry. Any help and guidance on how to sort this issue?
