I I can't purchase and when I asked for this problem they advice me to change my Iphone

Don’t pay attention to the troll.  I am getting the same issue now and then.  It goes away in time.  Nobody seems to know why it happens or who is to blame for the fix.  It seems to be isolated to Invasion by Tap4fun.  I say this because I can make movie or music purchases as normal with my US iTunes account.  My guess is, Tap has a bug they can’t figure out and as usual they can care less to try and fix it.  This has happened to me twice this year.
