My iPad Mini 4 (iOS 10.3.2, Activation Lock on, 4 digit passcode on) was stolen while being on Flight Mode. I have put it on Lost mode on Find my iPhone app. It has not been online since the day it was stolen. What are the chances that it can be restored in Flight Mode and be used as new device by those who have stolen it?
