Problem in Mail attachments download

Hello,

I have a problem with my Mail application. When I check messages in inbox I see that attachments are not downloaded. They are shown as 'being downloaded right now' (check the picture below). What could be the problem? I have space on my disk, and didn't change any settings considering attachments.
